Foo. Have finally given up trying to sleep tonight... inexplicable insomnia. Unfortunately, 15 month olds don't respect the concept of "five more minutes", let alone letting mommy sleep in for a couple hours, and at this point, I'm probably better off just staying awake even if I *could* get to sleep.
Not too much I can do while everyone else is sleeping. On Nate's laptop in my footie pjs, cup of tea by my side. Usually I could remote in to my desktop and play with pictures or something, but it doesn't want to play nice tonight. Don't want to do anything to make a mess, and can't find the ornaments to wrap. Can get a bit of dishes done, and then I suppose just play online. You know, making pointless LJ entries and such :P

Yeeeeaaaah. Everyone realized I would be spamming the friendslist today, right? Heck, just pretend all these entries were spaced evenly over the last month.
I seem to be fascinated with glitter this holiday season. I don't actually *have* any glitter, which means I really ought to get some. Probably craft stores carry it? I mean, I just want to make everything sparkly. I want to make glittery tree ornaments, I want to do the red and white manicure with white glitter on the nail edges. I find myself wishing I had red cosmetic grade glitter for lipstick, although I probably won't be going anywhere that I need to look that fancy for. Although, I *do* need new pictures for LJ icon making. That requires high glam, right? I really want a remote control for our digital camera for Christmas (esp if I get it early) so I can play with doing some self-portraits. I wonder how naughty it would be to just go get it for myself?
