Writing sucks. I do not like this class. I have started the assignment but am highly doubtful that I can write 6-7 pages of setting description that is still interesting. Of an actual place even... we are still not writing fiction. I am highly disillusioned with it. Life is unfair though, and I'm trying to just push myself through it. There are so many other things I'd rather be doing with my time though.

Enough complaining... back to work with me.

Consider it training in the disclipine of "Writing When You Don't Want To." Jack London wrote 5,000 words every day wether he wanted to or not. I admire your 'stick-to-it-ivness'.

I know.... I did complete it, although I feel like I cheated a little with my margins... it was just blegh. Much of the class also hated the assignment and how their piece turned out, so I feel a little better. Sometimes I have a hard time *making* myself do something I don't want to though, and posting in lj does seem to help. If only it could get me out of bed in the mornings! :)
