Yesterday there was no rain! But.. it's back today. Foo.
Alexander has overadjusted to the time change, and started waking up at 6:30. Let's all hope that goes away soon. He also appears to be at the stage where he wants to put things in his nose/ears. Really not a fun milestone. I hope he gets over that soonish.
Nate's going to be on a business trip out of state for most of next week (I say goodbye to him Tuesday morning and get him back laaaate Friday night.) Please please wish me a pleasant and restful weekend. Hopefully I won't go crazy from lack of adult interaction.
Oh! I've been playing with my mousepen. So far, I've confirmed that my drawing skills have become severely atrophied through lack of use and mostly fiddle with drawing stuff and then discard it all. But hey, practice! Oh, and it works nicely for tracing. So, uh, yay.
As usual, a pretty boring update, but it IS an update. Back to your regular friendslist.

Date: 2006-04-08 09:11 pm (UTC)Yeah, except it's my drawing skills, meaning that drawing with a regular pencil is still blah. I just need more drawing practice overall, to sharpen that part of my creativity back up, and will probably use both real pens (and pencils) and the mousepen to do that.
