Yeah, haven't been around much, have I?

In good news... I think I'm finally out of that *lovely* bout of depression. Let's not do that again, shall we? I'm not entirely back to myself, but the really dark days seem to be gone for good. I'm just a bit quiet I suppose, like everything's been hit with a reset, back to basics. Haven't been very social... sorry 'bout that... we'll see how it goes, nuh?

Alexander had his first overnight with Grandma... it seemed to go well, although I missed him an awful lot... not planning on doing it again anytime soon, but nice to know we *can*, ya know? Anyhow, he's been a bit of a handful, not entirely uncommon in babies this age... lots of stuff happening in their bodies and their brains, and all the growth and discovering screws up their sleeping/etc and so he's a bit on the fussy side, esp the past couple days. Taking it in stride though, much as possible, and hoping it mellows out soonish. Nate's got a slew of stuff going on, tons of work this month and residual from dealing with my depression, and it's hard to connect and take care of him when the babe needs so much of our attention.

A lot more to mention, but that's it for now.

I really have missed you being online a lot. Glad to see you're coming out some. Hopefully things will start to look up as Alexander gets older. It is nice to have a family member to be able to watch him overnight like that. Good to get some sleep when needed. ;-) Now I will sit and wait to see the latest pictures. :-p *nudges*

Woah!! I know you all must get tired of how big he's getting. LOL I'll just add then that he is one of the most beautiful babies I have ever seen. Thanks for my Alexander fix!
