Saturday was wonderful. Thanks to all who were able to attend. I was going to take pictures of the yumminess to share with those of you who couldn't make it but I decided that was ~~too much work~~ cruel. Tea was fabulous, and I'm considering making scones again today just because they were so yummy. Dinner ended up being much later than I planned, but noone seemed to mind. Dessert, as always, was my favorite part. Yowmmmm. Well, okay, the friends were the best part, but a fabulous array of dessert is the second-best thing.

Other things I should post about....
My mom got a new car (Saturn Ion for the curious). It's very pretty.

We have a new fishie (a firefish goby) and he is doing well although still a bit shy (read: hides 80% of the time). We also went ahead and moved the clownfish over to the big saltwater tank, which leaves the small tank available for acclimating new fish/hospitalizing sick fish).

I think I'm going to dye my hair red. I'm just not sure exactly how natural vs. unnatural I want it. I've never done a strange color before, but what can I say? All you girls with fun haircolor are making me want some of my own. I'm a little tempted to steal

missmorte's example since she has such similar coloring/etc to me, but I don't know.

Planted some morning glory sproutlings yesterday... hope they made it through the night. The funky thing about not being able to plant in the summer because it's too hot, means I hit garden fever in the spring and the fall.
