sublimatedangelSaturday Jay and Morgie came by for a surprise visit - yay! We almost missed them but luckily had to come back to the house and there they were on my doorstep. Had a good time with them - they got to see the new living room setup and the giant tank of saltwater d00m. Went to Lemongrass for Thai since they'd never had it and let's face it, Thai food is too yummy to live your life without having. Then watched Lock Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels again - unfortunately I misjudged the timing and they had to leave just before the end of the movie... poor kiddos. I think they're planning to see it again though and see the ending.
Sunday was our day with Trudi, so in the morning we did our housecleaning and then lots of nice chatter. She hasn't been to our place in quite awhile, and it was a good visit. Played cards, and as usual, got very sassy and of course I won both games. Trudi says I am a card shark - but without the lulling opponents into a false sense of security. I like to win but it's not that big a deal - I have more fun with the sarcastic bantering. I almost got in trouble for chastising Nate with the squirt bottle (a la kitty cat punishment) but of course he adores me and forgave me.
In other news, more weird dreams this morning, followed by about three dreams of me telling people about the first one. Also, I did not do my Geology homework. Luckily that will be okay but it is a bad habit to be getting into, and so must come to an end. I will make up for it by going to the library today.
