Lost 0.6 - better than nothing. I was doing pretty good this week but then had Jack in the Box last night. Still. Need to go grocery shopping and get some fruit and such in the house, that will help.
Goals for this week.
1. Actually *write* in my journal instead of keeping a rough idea in my head.
2. Drink my water! Why have I gotten bad about this?
3. Exercise at least twice.
If I'm good this week maybe I'll think about little rewards for myself to stay on track.

Exercise and socializing all in one ;) Seriously, if you are interested I'd love to have a weekly walk-date with you. Maybe Thursdays? I am very bad about sticking with an exercise regime, but making it a regular thing with someone else (for accountability) would help alot. As far as my goal goes, I'm planning on doing my pilates workout in the mornings - eventually I'd like to do it every morning and it seems doable, I just have to actually *do* it, you know?

Date: 2003-09-09 12:21 pm (UTC)re #3. go down Nlivermoore until you hit the creek and walk around it, or walk around down town thats really fun and nice if you bring nate around. you live in a wonderfull city for walking(i know its not the best/good exercise but hey its something other then that damn bike in the back right?) around.

Date: 2003-09-09 12:33 pm (UTC)#2 Nahhh, I like drinking my water. What it actually is is I forget to drink it unless it's sitting in front of me, and I've gotten lazy about filling up my water bottles. And yeah, I can drink gatoraid or clear juices like apple juice, and that counts as "water".
