Lost 0.6 - better than nothing. I was doing pretty good this week but then had Jack in the Box last night. Still. Need to go grocery shopping and get some fruit and such in the house, that will help.

Goals for this week.
1. Actually *write* in my journal instead of keeping a rough idea in my head.
2. Drink my water! Why have I gotten bad about this?
3. Exercise at least twice.

If I'm good this week maybe I'll think about little rewards for myself to stay on track.

Wow, what kind of scale do they use that measures to 0.6 lbs? Yes, journaling helps. I've been keeping a daily log of what I eat and exercise and toher related stuffs. I'm trying to jump over this plateau I've been on for two months. Let me know if you want to walk for exercise, you're really close to a great walking path!
