Whee! Getting ready for our trip to Canada... leaving Thursday morning and will get to see lots of people I care about on the way up, then bed&breakfast(&manyextras) goodness on the weekend interspersed with wedding events. Ooooh it will be really good to have a weekend away, I'm looking forward to the trip alot. Jay is being wonderful and house-sitting for us, which is the peachykeenest. Esp. since Crazy Cousin Christina is actually moving back home and he would finally have a nice quiet house to himself. Ahhh, I have the bestest brother.

Memorial Day weekend is open, and then I have photo-slumberparty-costumefun-goodness at Katlyn's, and the next weekend Kahlua-making with mom. Anyone interested in making coffee-flavored hooch with a couple crazy women on the weekend of June 7/8th? We have declared it's more fun the more people we can get tipsy (things go downhill faaaast when we're just getting each other drunk), so friends are invited!

Had a good time with Stasha today... got to tag along to a Weight Watchers meeting, which was actually kinda fun. Timing was good as I'd just recently decided to join - I'm waiting til after the trip, but then giving it a try. Whipped up a cycling skirt for her in something red and stretchy she had, and brought the original skirt home with me to take a pattern from. Many ideas for additional skirt goodness to be made. Oh yes.
