Strange saltless-saltine based toffee is cooling in my fridge. If it wasn't for all the "It's soooo yummy" posts I've seen, I would be really discouraged - this stuff is strange. Recipe will be posted once it's cooled enough to be eaten and I can make sure I didn't somehow make plasterboard instead.

* Update *
Well... it's good. But it's not oh-my-god-must-devour or anything, and it's kinda strange still. It's hard to explain. I just really wish I could try someone else's successfully finished product to see if I did mine right.

What's wrong with plasterboard? It's good with a little mustard and a nice white wine ;)

It's always so difficult to tell if it's success unless tried other's successes.
BTW, am trying to twist a co-worker's arm for a chocolate fudge/toffee-looking confection that strangely does not "jell" correctly but tastes heavenly....stay tuned... :)
