Nate has gone to go see his dad. I was planning to go too but got vetoed due to not wanting to spread my (very mild) cold to Karl or other patients. But I took a bath to test out this year's bath fizzies (new recipe) and they are very nice! Could just be the freshness but could be the no-water-to-start-chemical-reaction. I am pleased! And my winter skin is really thankful for the nice treatment. Next time I might cut down the corn starch a bit though, it did make the water a little cloudy.

Figured out the betta's light flickering is due to needing a new bulb, not the wiring or anything scary like that. So I might go to Petco and get a replacement - was there last night with Stasha, wish I'd known then what I needed. Still maybe I will look at the fishies too.

Eh. I feel like being pampered. Maybe I will put on a face mask or something and read and paint my toenails and stuff. My self-esteem is really taking a toll on my looks, which just turns into a circle of badness. They both could use a pick-me-up, so off I go to be girly.

Cornstarch is pretty much just filler in bathbombs.
You can leave it out with impunity - just increase the other dry things, or decrease the liquids.
