Just heard from realtor - we get the house in Livermore! I am soooo excited :)

Need to sign paperwork a little later this afternoon, and I'm sure there will be more paperwork in the weeks to come and I know it will be a while yet before we are able to move in but gosh I am a happy girl!

Just wanted to share the good news :)

I am soooo excited!! Eek! So much energy right now :)

This one is not the hilly one, the gardens are actually in pretty good shape, but we will definitely be throwing one heck of a housewarming party once we move in!! Oy, I am just thrilled right now :)

Yes... especially with me going to school, although in some ways we have more money with me not working, what with the taxes. It's funky, but it works out really well :) We will be cutting back on lots of stuff though, I'm sure.

*giggles* He is just being realistic and not getting his hopes up in case something bad happens. But nothing bad will!, so I decree. Tentatively will be moving to your lovely town late April/early May - depending on how long it takes to close, etc., so will have you give us the grand tour around that timeframe :)

Absolutely you should come see us! I'm sure you will see lots of updates on my journal, and after we get settled in we will be throwing a little something - probably actually two somethings, one for family & one for friends - but you are welcome to come up any time :)

At some point we are going to do another tour of the place with the realtor, and I *will* be bringing the digital camera, so people can see it soon! I'd hate to make you all wait til we move in (which seems a long way away because I am excited) so I will post pics once I take some :)
