At some point last night, something bit me in the neck.
Unfortunately, not a vampire.
I'm suspecting a spider but whatever it was is hiding from me this morning... However, I have this nice red swollen area that *hurts*. And I am just generally achy from not really getting good sleep last night. Whine whine whine.
In other news, the corset is progressing nicely. Until my package arrives tomorrow, I can do nothing, except maybe shop for the lace. Amy will be a busy girl though... need to do my homework, get something ready to send to Rois, go to Stasha's new job celebration (Amy at a goth club? Oh MY), go to class, and go to Changeling, all while I work on getting the corset done. Eek, I wish everything was not all at once, but that's life I guesses.
Ow, my neck hurts. Whine, complain. I suppose I should be thankful that it looks fairly obvious to be a bite from something - when I woke up with it, I didn't know what it was.

Date: 2002-02-11 10:14 am (UTC)At least you can be thankful that you're busy with non-work, fun stuff. I've just been busy with work, and have had no fun at all. Phooey. And club? Which club? I don't get to go to clubs, either. Phooey. But Rois and Stasha will be able to help you dress, and the only scary thing about going to a goth club for the first time is making sure you don't look like a flaming babybat.
Not that I would know anything about that. *grins*
Flaming Baby Bat?

Date: 2002-02-11 12:40 pm (UTC)I think Death Guild?? It will be tricky... I don't neccessarily want to look goth, (I'd feel like I was disrespecting their subculture by pretending to be something I was not) but I don't want to look out of place either. I'm thinking I'll wear my big flowy black skirt and the pleather bustier item, both of which I wore at the sleepover. I thought about a corset, but I don't really have anything suitable to wear underneath one, and if I'm in public, I need something else on.
I do sympathize with your work situation.... I'm enjoying everything I'm busy with, but I'm not used to juggling this many, and I'm hoping I don't drop any. I hope your situation calms down soon... I'm sure there's still alot of house stuff you'd like to do.
::::sends wishes of leisure time your way::::

Date: 2002-02-11 06:39 pm (UTC)FYI, the baby bats refered to are silly looking Crow-wannabe's, by and large too young to even purchase alcohol.
