I always over warn people about the bank stuff because I have been through a living hell with the accounts I have had to deal with for my mom and grandmother. I can't even access some stuff that I HAVE the leagl right to because the bank is staffed with fuckwits. Anything that makes it easier is a god-send. The IRS in particular are very skilled at rubbing salt in wounds...
