We did have a very good day. Very long, and Alex got kind of tired of the car, but it was fun... just not something to do all the time :) And Nate and I can take him to the Oakland zoo next time, which is closer to us anyway. Yeah, seeing my dad is always good but kind of weird too... but he is a great storyteller and has done so many things, so it's always entertaining, and I'm really thankful that I'm getting to spend time with him, and that he loves Alex. Alex is warming up to him a little faster every visit.
