Brief update on Amy: I'm sick. Alexander got a cold (first! He must be sneaking out at night) and gave it to me. Nate woke up with it this morning. So yeah, we're all blah, although Nate was still okay enough to go into work once he medicated for the fever. Fun and games, darlings. A quiz is about all I'm good for.

Your senior year in High School is supposed to be "the best year of your
life." Let's see how much you remember:
Wow, who knew that? Nobody I know thinks of their senior year of High School as the best year of their life. That's actually kind of sad, folks. I hope noone on my friendslist can say that.

Who was your best friend?
Well, most of the actually interesting people I was friends with were older than me, and had already graduated. Sunny's family had moved away which took her out of the loop. Since most of the people in my year were people I completely loathed, I was mostly forced to cull from the younger years. I became good friends with Richard Ramey, who was a very very cool boy that I wish I hadn't lost touch with. He got me into all kinds of amusing geeky stuff. And I can't remember if he was in my year or one year younger.

Who did you have a crush on?
Not so much with the crushing, since I was already dating Nate at the time.

What sports did you play?
There are no sports, silly goombas. I did play Magic: The Gathering, and Egyptian Solitaire while hanging out with the younger kids at lunch in the Geometry classroom. Yeah, we're hardcore, ya know.

What kind of car did you drive?
No driving.

It's Friday night, where were you at?
Probably at home. I don't think we were doing the laser tag and anime stuff yet. Might have been over Nate's house or out somewhere.

Were you in the "In Crowd"?
No. Actually, see above re: people I loathed. The "cool kids" were these incredibly clique-y snobby kids who didn't realize how ironic they were, since being outcasts was kind of popular. I wonder if they realize now that they were the people they most wanted to snub.

Ever skip school?
Nope.

Ever smoke?
Nope.

Were you a nerd?
Oh yes. But the kind that flies under the radar, not the kind that gets picked on. Sometimes I'd snag one of the kid's algebra homework to do for fun. And you did see the bit about Magic, right?

Did you get suspended/expelled?
Nope, I was always a good girl, and didn't get into any trouble.

Can you sing the Alma Mater?
I don't think we had that. If we did, none of us knew it.

Who was your favorite teacher?
Madame Dods, by far. Not just a cool teacher, but a cool lady, and exactly the kind of person who I like to be friends with.

Favorite class?
It almost should be French, because of the above, but I have to go with art. For one thing, I was so completely Ms. Seidenberg's pet, I mean way more than I was for most teachers, she just adored me. So I pretty much got to spend time doing whatever wonderful creative things I felt like and gossiping with Richard.

What was your schools full name?
Tennyson High School. Pretty sure they didn't use the "Lord" bit.

School mascot?
I don't think we had one, like an animal. A knight on horseback was kind of the school motif, lances, shields, stuff like that.

Did you go to Prom?
Not senior year. I'd gone junior year, but like I mentioned, most of the people in my grade were not people I wanted to hang out with.

Where did you work?
No work senior year. I had money saved up from when I'd been babysitting the neighbor's kids, but the family had moved away.

If you could go back and do it over, would you?
I can't think of anything I would have done different that year. Now, the next few years, there I might make some changes.

Last one, favorite memory of your Senior Year?
Hmm. I don't really have one clear-cut moment like that. Seeing Nate. Jason telling me the latest outrageous thing he'd done, maybe.
