Attention Portlanders! I'm looking especially at you,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
katlyn and lmariec. We are finally coming to visit! All of us will be in the area from Jan 28th (well, late late 27th). Nate's leaving on the 30th (work demands) and me and Alex will be staying until Feb 3rd. So pretty please let us know when you guys are free, as we would very much like to see you. Not sure yet what family commitments will look like, but I'm sure we can fit everyone in. So... yay!
In other news, we are fostering a puppy! This announcement is actually quite overdue... we picked up the puppy (whom the foundation is tentatively calling "Travis" and who we call "Puppy" and occasionally "Johnny") back on the 12th. He is a complete doll, and if we were ready for a permanent dog, I'd be very tempted to keep him for our very own. He goes back to them this Friday to get his vaccinations and will be old enough/available for adoption then. Pictures under the cut.

And one last picture. Usually laundry is difficult because Alex likes to climb up on the bed and unfold stacks of folded clothes and/or push them off the bed. He's decided that he wants to be involved earlier in the process....
