moon_heart. Pokes the moon_heart. Update or email please and let me know you're okay.
- Tom and Leslay got married Friday. Yay! They had a celebration at their place yesterday. We went over early and helped get things ready. Their very good friends from the south of France, Rose-May & Claude, are visiting and it was very nice to meet them. Plus lots of other friends, some we know and some we have seen once or twice, and some that we hadn't met before. Their parties are always a lot of fun, and this was no exception. Alexander got to meet a little boy (5 months old) and was enchanted - he doesn't often see younger children. And of course he was his usual flirty self, winding all the ladies around his chubby little fingers with his fits of giggles and pretend-shy smiles and reached out to be held by several of the other guests. So yay for happy social charming bebe! And of course there was *way*way*way* too much yummy food, and it just reinforced my desire to make fancy delicious things, and I have cake-pan envy which may call for a trip to Williams-Sonoma (not an uncommon reaction to seeingMiss Mrs. Leslay.
- Little accident on the way home last night - everyone is okay though the poor girl who rear-ended us was terribly upset. Felt so bad for her. Lots of badness/accidents happening lately, makes me wonder if somethings in retrograde. Hope it changes soon.
- Nate is beginning the replacing of the windows today. It seems to be going pretty well so far, though time will tell.
- I really really need to get back to dieting and getting in shape. Now that le petit is getting a fair amount of solid foods, I should be able to cut my calories without worrying about him being affected by it.
