Mar. 6th, 2005 02:40 amDownside: headache preventing sleep.
Upside: baby is down and peaceful - getting some middle of the night cleaning accomplished.
Nate flies out tomorrow for his training class thing... going to miss him quite a bit. My mom watched the baby for us earlier, so we were able to go out to a very nice dinner with just the two of us. Dinner was very nice, followed by wonderful desserts, and the company paying for it so hey, bonus :) nice to have some one-on-one time before he has to leave.
Nate's birthday is coming up on the 17th... we'll be doing something to celebrate on the 19th. More details forthcoming once we figure them out. We *do* know that there will be Bananas Foster for dessert, but everything else is up in the air at the moment.
Really jonesing for some creative sewing girltime lately, but need to get some inspiration first, so I have some fun things to work on. Thinking about giving corsetry another try but need to get my current measurements done in order to do so... still, it would be a nice long fun project. We shall see!
Also feeling very girly lately... may try to squeeze in a pedicure and other beauty treats before heading out to the airport tomorrow. Yumm prettiness!
