I cut my hair.
Well, had it cut, technically.
This may seem everyday to some but those that know me know that I'm pretty attached to long hair. I've been thinking about getting it cut for a long time... months and months of wanting the change before I did it. And now, it's done. Shorter (but not too short!) with some layers and a softer edge around my face. Eee! I vacilitate between ohmygodican'tbelieveididit and ohmygodexcitedsqueal. The cats think I'm crazy :) But I think I like it. I went with the shortest I thought I could live with, and I have to say my stylist was really wonderful. A girl with long hair herself, she was very patient and willing to cut it a bit at a time so I could decide if it was short enough or not.. very much wanting to make sure I didn't regret doing it, and (so far anyway!) I don't. ::giggles:: And it was amusing getting the layers put in as she's also a less-than-tall person and had to stretch it way up and out... she did a great job as far as I can tell, I'll know more once other people see it. ::deepbreath, deepbreath::
