Jan. 21st, 2003 12:48 pmAwww, the first day of school! I almost want to wear pigtails...
History orientation was early but brief. Never have to see the teacher or fellow students again, just chat with them online. Whee! Need to get the book.
Psych (Problems of Childhood) was.... good.... I think... The teacher is odd but seems fun, and I think I'll really enjoy the class. Was quite a fiasco in the beginning though - had to find the room, which was tricky tricky to find, and then I had to find the new room that it was moved into. That was alot easier once I started looking for the actual room instead of the one I thought it was, which doesn't exist. Then there was a business class in there that didn't know *their* class had been moved to a different room. Ahh, I love confusion on the first day. But after that got sorted out, the actual class was very clear. Need to buy two books.
Math - managed to add in... Whee Trig! And I felt all sweet and helpful as I guided the clueless other people through the process of adding in and getting established. I think maybe after this class I'll look into tutoring - I just love the little shine on their faces as they look up to me like their long lost goddess & savior. Heehee, sorry bout the ego folks, I get that way. Already have the book.
Home for a little lunch and webcomicing, then I'm off to know the joy that is my watercolor painting class! Hopefully no book.
Tomorrow: Humanities & Amy explore Classic Mythology. I really hope there's a great teacher, I want to love this class :) Whee! I'm a happy student today.
