Oct. 18th, 2002 01:51 amI was doing so well with the sleeping thing this week... oh well!
Have been playing on gardenweb alot lately. Will be getting lots of wonderful seeds in the mail soon! Whee! And collected up a bunch of violet seeds to trade once they've had a chance to dry. I think I need a "gardening" icon so I can warn you all about the posts the way I did with the kittens and fishies.
Mike stopped by today and brought me salt and pepper shakers... aww! It's always nice when people think about me, and it's *always* nice to get surprise gifties! Will be seeing him again on Saturday since we're all headed up to Petaluma to celebrate Bob's bday.
My dad (Alvie)'s bday is next month... I think I'll send him a card this year. Bah, my relationship with my family is so freakin weird sometimes.
Well, my weekend begins tomorrow... maybe I'll finally get a pumpkin roll made, but no promises since I've been easily distracted this week (cleaning off desk... put something away in kitchen... fix a snack... begin clearing off table... start de-podding violet seeds... wander outside and spend time with the plants... wander in and wash my hands... feed fishies... put guppies in fountain... check email... clean off desk...) Anyway, I'll try.
Sounds like things are quieting down at the haunt, drama wise. I should find out from Jennifer if/when they can use me, now that my classload is manageable again. Well, should give sleep another try so I can wake up with my kittens tomorrow morning.
