Nov. 14th, 2002 01:30 pmFlowers make me happy!
One of the nicest things about having a house is having a garden. All of my roses have decided that they want to bloom since I pruned them, and it has just been rose central around here. Most of them I'm leaving on the bushes to make happy rose hips, but there was such a plethora of the sweetsmelling peach roses that I had to do something with them. Snipped off the florist size buds and added some filler flowers and greenery (Okay, it's alfalfa and blue potato bush, but it's what I have alright! Besides, it looks lovely) and it's now up on the mantle making the living room a happier place.
Good news from Germany today, via England. Amy is a happy kitty loving the sunshine today. Happy happy happy!
