For those of you more interested in life than surveys, I did put up a back dated entry about Alex's birthday party, found here.

Now, on to the fluff! It's survey time.

Meant to be completed by those out of high school. Tired of all of
those surveys made up by high school kids?'Have you ever kissed someone?'
'Missed someone?' 'Told someone you loved them?' 'Drank alcohol?' Here are 50
questions for the people who live in "reality"....

1. What bill do you
hate paying the most?
PG&E. :::puts on growly face::: Seriously, the
power company should be forced to update their alloted usage into something
reasonable for this day and age, instead of whatever they chose back in the
1950s when people didn't have AC or computers, etc. I *hate* paying their
penalty rates when we are fairly energy-conscious individuals.

2. Where
was the last place you had a romantic dinner?
Really romantic? Private dining
room at Papillon, for my last birthday.

4. When is the last time you got
drunk and danced on a bar?
Err... yeah, that's probably never ever going to
happen. Ever.

5. Favorite movie?
Hard to choose just one! When Night
is Falling.

6. What do you really want to be doing right now?
Having
things that I can't have.

7. What did you want to be when you were
growing up?
Um. At which point? ::tries to look innocent:::

8. How
many colleges did you attend?
2-3 (not sure if two of them count as one with
two locations).

9. Why did you choose the shirt you have on right
now?
It was the first one I saw that was compatible with my bra. That's how I
choose my shirt a lot of days, actually.

10. GAS PRICES?
This isn't
even a question. But whoo, Safeway's running a 20 cents off per gallon thing
right now! That helps.

12. First thought when the alarm went off this
morning?
Amy doesn't have an alarm. Amy has a toddler. First coherent thought
was probably something along the lines of, 'Must you crawl on Mommy? Mommy is
not a jungle gym."

13. Last thought before going to sleep last
night?
I haven't the slightest idea. 'Mmm, bed.' maybe. I tend to think that
a lot.

14. Favorite style of underwear?
I insist on variety.

15. Favorite style of underwear for the opposite sex?
Again a fan of
variety.

16. What errand/chore do you despise?
hmm. Ironing? I pretty
much avoid that if at all possible. I think it's more laziness than loathing
though.

17. If you didn't have to work, and still had a good amount of
money would you volunteer?
I might, I might not; I have several things I'd
like to do if money were no object and the kiddo was in school.

18. Get
up early or sleep in?
sleeeeeeeeeeeep.

19. What is your favorite
cartoon character?
Pepe le Pew (sp?) is pretty adorable. And I like the
PowerPuff Girls. And... lots of others.

20. Favorite thing to do at night
with a girl/guy?
I'm assuming we're skipping the obvious answer, here. I'll
go with either watching shooting stars at the beach or going to a
carnival.

21. Have you found real love yet?
Yes :)

22. When did
you first start feeling old?
Still waiting for that to happen... I expect to
around maybe 55-65.

23. Favorite 80's movie?
Not very good at knowing
when things came out! But probably the Breakfast Club.

24. Your favorite
lunch meat?
turkey, all thin and deli sliced. Mmm, I should make a
sandwich.

25. What do you get every time you go into Sam's
Club/Costco?
Hm, every time? I don't think I have anything that regular. I
need to go and stock up on some of their bulk nuts, though. Cheap=yay. I like
their floral dept for the same reason.

26. Beach or lake?
Difficult
choice! Beach probably.

27. Do you think marriage is an outdated
ritual?
Enh, maybe for some people. But not really.

29. Favorite
guilty pleasure?
I don't get guilty easily. My tendency to stalk people
online, maybe? Oooh, and reading fic without leaving feedback - that is
badbadbad of me.

30. Favorite movie you wouldn't want anyone to find out
about?
*Anyone* is exteme, I don't think I have one.

31. What's your
drink?
Water. Whoo.

32. Cowboys or Indians?
Both.

33. Cops
or Robbers?
Cops, unless we're talking Catwoman.

34. Who from high
school would you like to run into?
1. Jason. Seriously, I miss that kid.

2. Richard, ditto.

35. What radio station is your car radio tuned to
right now?
I'm not certain. My presets go: pop, alt rock, pop, country,
classic rock, country.

36. Norm or Cliff?
Eh, whatever. I'm not a
Cheers girl.

37. The Cosby Show or the Simpsons?
PBS

38. Worst
relationship mistake that you wish you could take back?
Too personal,
sorry.

39. Do you like the person who sits directly across from you at
work?
SAHM

40. If you could get away with it, who would you
kill?
Yeah, Amy's not really homicidal.

41. What famous person would
you like to have dinner with?
I don't even know. I'm not that big with the
famous people, and I'd be too shy to enjoy dinner with anybody I think is really
truly amazing. So... no idea.

42. What famous person would you like to
sleep with?
Ha, I can't even have dinner with someone, and you want me to
have sex with them? Though there are some pretty people out there that I
wouldn't mind watching have sex with each other...

43. Have you ever had
to use a fire extinguisher for its intended purpose?
No. I'm quite happy to
leave all fire-related activities to my beloved pyro husband.

45. Do you
have a teddy bear?
Nah, not really. Growing up, I had tons; I didn't think
I'd ever grow out of them, but I suppose that I have.

46. Strangest place
you have ever brushed your teeth?
SciFi convention, in prep for getting
custom made fangs. With one of those bizarre disposable toothbrushes.

47.
Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go:
Oh, still
lots of places here that I haven't been.

48. Do you go to church?
Not
Christian, so no, not much. If Nate/Alex wanted to go, I'd probably go with a
few times in support, but I don't see myself ever being an "every Sunday" kind
of person.

49. At this point in your life would you rather start a new
career or a new relationship?
Since I'm really happy with my relationship,
I'll go for career. I'm happy about staying home with my little boy, but I could
be happy doing lots of other stuff too.

50. How old are you
really?
30, really.

I don't live in reality so I guess I can't do this one...
