It's possible they'll be a cinch, and I'll be, Huh, what was I worried about?, but I don't exactly come from a line of culinary geniuses. Geniui. Genius? Anyhow. So anything more complicated than canned soup or Kraft macaroni and cheese is viewed as something of a challenge. And not the hopscotch kind of challenge, where you control the variables. No, a ninja-like challenge, where the crepes are actively seeking my failure. :::squints eyes suspiciously at them:::
My biggest obstacle will probably be my lack of quality cookware. Usually I use my cheapie teflon-ish things that I bought when I first moved out on my own (they're fantastic for canned soup), but I think crepes want silly things like even heating and a smooth cooking surface? Or not. Who knows? The pancakes turn out fine.
